TEXTING WHILE DRIVING COULD GET YOU 15 YEARS IN JAIL!!!!!

If the risk of death and serious injury doesn’t make you fear texting while driving, how about going to jail? How about 15 years in jail?

Utah just decided texting while driving could equal up to 15 years in jail!!!!
